Born and raised in Oregon, Teresa Sutten has spent the last 30 years honing her culinary skills while using the best the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Teresa has always been interested in the culinary profession. She has worn every hat in the kitchen, working as a dishwasher, prep cook, sous chef, and business owner for her own wedding and event venue. Graduating with honors as an ACF Certified Chef, she was able to achieve the goal of being promoted to Executive Chef and then Operations Manager for a local catering company, creating meals and experiences for thousands of people each week.
Teresa has spent the last several years as an Executive Chef at the University of Oregon. Teresa provides support to her staff by helping them develop necessary skill sets, setting goals, and obtain training required to grow in the industry. She excels on the focus she has placed on creating a welcoming and diverse workplace while supporting individual growth.
